Handled by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple’s policy.

Exams

Retakes are free when requested, with two per exam. If the clips are still unusable after that, our support team reviews the exam, and when a paid exam is closed one exam is returned to your balance except in cases of misuse. If we can’t issue a result for a reason on our side, we return the credit to your account.
