Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account identifier (Apple ID or guest) and your name if you share it.
• The videos and photos you submit, and your answers to exam questions.
• Purchase and credit history, and conversations with support.

How we use it

• To analyse exams and send you results and notifications.
• To improve the service and support you when you contact us.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. Only Dhala’s analysis team sees your clips. We use Amazon Web Services to store data securely and encrypted.

Improving the analysis

Account settings include “Allow my exams to be used to improve the analysis”, which is off by default. If you turn it on, the clips and results of your new exams, without your name or any personal data, are used to improve Dhala’s analysis accuracy. You can turn it off at any time, and later exams will no longer be used.

Publishing cases and reviews

We only publish your case or review if you explicitly agree when rating. With your consent, the case may be published, without any personal data, on Dhala’s social media accounts and website. You earn 3 loyalty points for each exam you agree to publish (once per exam), and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Account deletion

Delete your account and data inside the app: Account → Delete account. You can also delete any animal’s file, with all its exams, clips and results, from Animals.
